Carol Baker Chesney – gone too soon
Carol was a beautiful, brilliant woman who left too soon.
She handled her illness much the same as she handled her life. She did it her way. No one was allowed to know the depth of her illness until near the end. That is how she wanted it.
She never compromised herself nor her integrity to adhere to anyone’s expectations but her own because she always believed in herself, and rightly so. She knew.
In her business life, her personal life and her family life, she remained true. No one would have wanted more than that. She was highly respected by family, friends and business associates. She was an exceptional woman, self assured and loving.
She left behind two children, Cindy and Rob, plus two grand daughters, Anabelle and Shay. She also left two loving sisters and they all miss her each day.
She had many talents and we are grateful she was able to utilize them. She was born and raised in Oklahoma but lived, loved and passed on in Seattle to be close to the ocean she adored.

"After twenty-five years of practice and thousands of patients, Charlavan has finally written the book I have waited for. Not the medical text with the statistics, options and risks, but the personal side of the breast cancer experience. This is a must read for anyone at any stage of their journey. From disease to wellness." Dr. Michael Halls, Alvarado Institute, San Diego, Ca.
